Pamela Roybal
Founder & President

Pamela Roybal is a Food Processing Engineer specializing in Product Development Consulting.

 

She started her career as a Chef and became a Food Processing Engineer with a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

With over 10 years’ experience working in the food manufacturing & restaurant industry, she has been blessed to work with exceptional teams at leading food manufacturing companies with national & international presence and gained food industry experience in: confectionery products, baked goods, meat products, canned specialty foods, frozen foods and dairy products.

Pamela is certified in:

Senior Vice President

Estefanía is a Food engineer, specialized in development of alternative and healthy food products and custom-made formulations.

Former founder and president of a vegan, diabetic friendly and gluten free bakery for ten years and also a freelancer consultant for food manufacturing companies and entrepreneurs.

Her background includes:

 

  • research and development of innovation in food processing and ingredients,

  • expertise in new trends in the industry,

  • production, costs management and human resources.


Passionate about creating new trends in the food industry and achieve a healthier and wholesome lifestyle for the consumers.
