  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., sliced fresh fruit, granola, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes)

Instructions:

  • Combine the frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, spinach or kale, cricket protein powder, and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid to reach your desired consistency.
